The Naked Yoga for Men collective offers naked Yoga and Qi Gong classes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, where men can come together and connect spiritually, mentally and physically in the absence of sexual tension. There are a number of reasons to train naked. While our society often equates being naked with sex, other cultures have found that being naked removes many social and economic barriers. It is also very freeing to relocate the body without the restriction of clothing, and yoga provides a great way to deepen body acceptance. Also, being naked can bring up many of our vulnerabilities. By facing these fears in the context of a safe and supportive people of men, we naturally turn into more grounded and comfortable with ourselves.

 

Men of all shapes, sizes, colors, ages and physical abilities are welcome to attend. Whether you are straight, gay or bi; new to yoga or a long time yogi &#; you are welcome. All you

Naked Yoga for Men

A while back I started to go to the 'Naked Yoga For Men' class in my house city of Amsterdam. Although living with a woman for many years, I had always been drawn to guys in my sexual fantasies. It started off when I was in my university rowing crew; spending hours at a time with beautiful, tall men provided me with the opportunity to explore semi naked bodies, and I liked what I saw.

Whilst firmly in the bisexual camp in my fantasy world, I own always dated girls and enjoy the romance and sexual energy that women bring to a relationship. I was happy with the way I carve things up; whilst I devoted occasion and emotion to my girlfriend in the real earth, watching gay and bisexual porn and performing for guys on cam gave me the outlet I needed to indulge my homosexual side, albeit that it was never 'in the flesh'.

I'd been taking the same yoga classes for several year when the opportunity for naked yoga presented itself.

Yogi Aaron, aka Aaron Star, began the practice of Naked Yoga to appeal primarily to a gay male audience. He achieved fame in the yoga world with his DVD series &#;Hot Nude Yoga,&#; which allowed aspiring yogis to rehearse nude in the privacy of their own homes. This is his story.

 

In , I founded Spicy Nude Yoga. Fresh off the boat, literally, (my previous career was in the cruise industry) I pulled into NYC on January 2 on the train. My goal was really small: live a simple being, develop a small clientele of private yoga students, and deepen my hold experience in the practice.
